E.R. Stuebner: Building On Our Strengths

“The origin of the company dates back to 1951 when three tradesmen Elmer Stuebner, Leonard Radwanski, and Roy Smith established E.R.Stuebner Inc. as a small concrete and construction company. Our first general construction operations were established in 1965.  ERS remained a small operation until the company took considerable steps towards growth in the mid-1990s. In 2008 the company broke over $100 million in sales for the first time in company history.  The company has remained a family based company since Peter Radwanski bought ER Stuebner Inc from his father, Leonard Radwanski, in 1990.”

We simply do not accept accidents, we manage risk. We know we are only as safe as our most careless, so each employee is individually educated on safety prior to setting a foot on any project or completing a single task. Throughout each year additional training, courses and education is given to every Stuebner employee, top to bottom. We foster a safety-first culture, so that we can ensure the safety of everyone that enters our job sites. Everyone, not least our executive staff, plays a role in creating this culture.

Our conduct and Ethics were set in place by our founders, are maintained today and will be in the years to come. For 60+ years we have grown our portfolio, our opportunities, and our contractor base by always being honest. We do right by people, so they do right by us.
