Building Process

Stuebner delivers a staff of highly-trained construction professionals, a wealth of knowledge and innovative solutions to every project. Each of our construction professionals have at least 15 years of experience managing complex projects. Stuebner also has a highly skilled craftsmen, which gives us the flexibility to self-perform as many trades as needed.

Finding a company that mitigates risk, takes proactive measures, rewards safety performance, routinely executes with no recordable or lost time incidents and minimizes environmental and social impact is critical when choosing a constructor. Using a robust pre-construction planning process, Stuebner employs numerous business execution tools including project cost management systems (PCMS), planning and scheduling software (Primavera/Oracle),  and integrated project management software (IMPS). Stuebner’s construction processes also include a strong emphasis on safety and the environment.

 

 

Construction Management

 Stuebner also offers construction management (CM) services based around a project’s size and complexity, and backed by a corporate commitment to total quality management.  On complex assignments entailing numerous projects and multiple contractors, our involvement extends from overseeing the planning and design phases to managing bidding and procurement and full CM services.

Stuebner’s CM services begin during design with schedule and budget evaluations, constructibility reviews, and accuracy checks on cost estimates. Weighing project alternatives and structuring bid packages to provide a quality, cost efficient and timely project completion are also part of our responsibilities, as are monitoring and coordinating daily construction activities.
