Our success is rooted in our people.
E.R. Stuebner has many employees with 30 plus years of service which is a testament to our values and culture. The company’s history lives in the quality and concern of all its employees who as a company believe that the client is the most important part of our family.
As we look to the future, we recognize that our people are the most important part of our journey. To ensure we stay focused on this simple concept, E.R. Stuebner has implemented EOS (Entrepreneurial Operating System).
The core principle of this business model is for all employees to live the EOS life, defined by these four pillars:
Doing what you love with the people you love.
Making a huge difference.
Being compensated appropriately.
With time for other passions.
We define success as all employees living this life, so we strive every day to fully embrace these pillars.
