Construction Management
ER Stuebner’s construction management services are structured into three phases —
Pre-Construction, Construction, and Project Close-Out/Warranty Management—delivering efficient project execution and seamless coordination at every stage. Pre-Construction, we can provide, preliminary estimates, bid preparation, contractor procurement, constructability reviews, and critical path scheduling. During Construction, our expert supervision, cost tracking, submittal management, and client progress meetings ensure quality and efficiency. Post-construction, we manage warranties, address deficiencies, and equip facility managers with training for operational excellence. Leveraging our expertise in schools, industrial, and commercial projects, we deliver precision in every project, fostering lasting partnerships.
